This modern 3 br house has high celling and celling-floor to windows. Guest access Front lawn is ideal for family lawn games. Other things to note The driveway is shared with another small house at the end. Please note this is NOT a waterfront property and we do NOT have private lake access. We'll provide recommendations of lake access, lake beach, boat rental in the area. The lakes access points are 10-25 mins drive away. By confirming a booking, guests agree to abide by the house rules listed below. The individual making the reservation will be held accountable for all guests and their activities on the property. No parties or events are permitted. Only registered guests, whether overnight or non-overnight, are allowed on the property. If you have additional visitors beyond the number specified in the booking, please inform the host in advance and pay an extra guest fee of $18 per guest per day. Failure to notify the host will be considered a breach of house rules and will result in a higher extra guest fee of $48 per guest per day. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No trespassing to any private properties. Towing and lawn enforcement will be involved immediately. Smoking is prohibited on any part of the property. No indoor fires or candles are allowed. A $600 professional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is reported. Our cancellation policy does not allow for exceptions for any reason. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover potential cancellations. Please note that there are exterior security cameras on the property. Please clean up after your dog. A cleaning fee of $98 will be charged if dog waste is left in the backyard.
