This cozy and wonderful 55-meter apartment is located in the north of Madrid, between Plaza de Castilla and the Skyscrapers, 200m from the Ventilla Metro stop, a 9-minute walk from Plaza de Castilla and a metro station from the La Vaguada Shopping Center. With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The entire apartment is exterior, including the bathroom, and is located in a quiet area, on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A lounge area with sofa, television and dining table. * Separate work space with desk. * Independent kitchen The sleeping area is organized as follows: * Bedroom 1 with a 150x190 double bed and built-in wardrobe * Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 single beds and built-in wardrobe * The complete bathroom with bathtub. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has a gas boiler for the supply of hot water and heating, with radiators in all rooms, except in the kitchen. It is activated by a portable thermostat located in the living room. The hot water works with a gas heater. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. It can be difficult to find a parking spot.
