Our ranchita is just minutes off Hwy 101 and walking distance to wine tasting, great restaurants and bars. Perfect for heading into San Luis Obispo/Cal Poly or hitting local wine country. We have beautiful beaches and lots of great hiking. We are about 15 minutes to Lopez Lake for fishing or boating. There is also a water slide park and a zip line course. Antiquing or just window shopping in the Village or any of the surrounding towns. There are several locations to golf within 20 minutes. Oceano dunes are 10 minutes away. Rent ATVs or go on an extreme hummer adventure. For our business travelers we have the following amenities. Enjoy sitting under the olive tree over looking the canyon views. We are available as much as our guests would like to interact with us or just a text or phone call away. Rural residential feel. Lovely canyon drives with many picturesque moments. Adorable village to take a stroll through. Great window shopping or grab a coffee or bite to eat. Lots of great walks around here, but you will probably want a car. We do have Uber available to us if necessary. We have two very friendly dogs. They do like to guide you up the driveway so please drive slowly but do not stop until you get all the way up to the vacation rental. We also have a cat that roams around. Our driveway is about 600’ Long. The rental unit is at the top off the driveway off the street. The unit is attached to our garage not to the main house. We have parking right in front of unit. There are no stairs to access the unit. Room does not have an actual closet. There are a number of hooks and a few drawers. There is also a luggage rack and hangers provided. There is a microwave, fridge and coffee pot. Not a full kitchen. Please don’t leave your shoes outside the door. We are fully compliant with City of Arroyo Grande. They require us to collect 13.5% transit occupancy taxes.
