Minutes to La Jolla, the beach, Torrey Pines, UCSD/Scripps, short drive to SD Zoo, downtown, Legoland, & SeaWorld. Perfect for families and professionals The space The house has three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and has an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Ninja blender, toaster, and electric kettle. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig that makes single serving cups of coffee or a pot of drip coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as an iron, ironing board, and drying rack and a Pelaton bike! The outdoor space is fenced in and very large. There is outdoor seating, a grill, and a fire pit for cozy nights outdoors drinking a glass of wine by the fire or making s'mores! And also a Ping-Pong table. There is one parking spot available in the driveway and there is ample street parking as well. Parking is NOT available in the garage. For safety and security, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Guest access You get the entire home and outdoor living space to yourself! Other things to note This is a family oriented residential neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Parties of any type are NOT ALLOWED. We have a good relationship with our neighbors and request that you respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking and illicit drugs are NOT allowed on the property. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. We went through great lengths to think of many small details in an effort to provide all the comforts of home. We ask that during your stay you take care of the house as though it is your own!
