A Family Escape Minutes from the Beach!

Come enjoy our property with a completely private entrance and plenty of parking. Our 1 bedroom apartment has a comfy queen bed, a large couch and it includes both a queen and twin air mattress. You'll find all the tools needed to cook or grill *out, then enjoy a nice meal inside or **out, and we have all the toys and accessories needed for the perfect beach day, less than a mile away. Perfect for families and small children/infants. The space Our modern apartment is less than a mile from the beach and less than 15 minutes from the historical downtown area, The Strand. If you're planning the perfect beach day, but don't want to travel with your beach toys, beach wagon, or cooler... Don't worry because we've provided them for you! Included with the apartment is a nice dining area on the patio, you'll also have access to our back yard which is full of toys. Note that this rental is a detached apartment on the same property as our family home. Enjoy time inside with fiber wifi and included disney+ and Netflix accounts. Have a baby? A high chair, pack and play, umbrella stroller, and a baby monitor are also provided with the house. Guest access Guest have private access to the apartment above the garage, the deck attached to it and two parking spots in front of the garage. The back yard is a shared space with the main house. Guests do not have access to the main house, front yard, or inside garage. Other things to note *We are currently in the heavy rain season for Galveston, so the kiddie pool and outside area might not be 100% ready to go at all times. Please allow at least 2 non-rainy days for us to prep and clean the areas as need. THANKS! **Please no live fish in the apartment unless already prepped for cooking. As well as, no dumping of fishing cooler water on property, please look to dump that water where you fish or at a gas station. Incoming guests don't love the smell of fish. THANK YOU IN ADVANCED.
