Description

Escape the hustle and unwind in our off-grid Tiny Home, nestled in the beautiful Scenic Rim. Surrounded by bushland, enjoy sweeping mountain views and birdsong by day. At night, light the fire and stargaze under a sky free of city lights. The space The tiny home is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing off-grid escape. You’ll have everything you need to unwind in nature, including: • Eco-friendly composting toilet • Solar power with battery storage • Rainwater tank • Hot shower • Air conditioning, heating & ceiling fans • Fridge/freezer • Gas stovetop • Microwave • Kettle & toaster • Indoor dining table with stools • Queen bed • Comfortable couch • Insect screens on all windows and doors • Outdoor picnic table • Weber Baby Q BBQ • Large deck with plenty of shade Other things to note Our property is set up for couples and is not suitable for children or pets. The land is unfenced, and while the area immediately around the tiny house is maintained, the rest of the property is natural bushland with weeds, plants, and wildlife that may pose risks to children and animals. The Scenic Rim is home to snakes, wild pigs, and wild dogs. The tiny house is set in Australian bushland and surrounded by wildlife. You may spot wallabies and a variety of native birds - and you will almost certainly encounter insects and bugs. The house is fitted with insect screens on all windows and doors; please keep them closed to help keep bugs out. Access is via a gravel driveway that is steep and includes several water diversion bumps. While two-wheel drive vehicles can usually manage it, guests with low-clearance cars have occasionally scraped or been unable to reach the top. If your car has low clearance, you may prefer to park at the bottom and walk up. Telstra reception at the tiny house is generally reliable. Reception with Optus and Vodafone can be patchy.
