Important: Please ensure you only park in our assigned lot to avoid your vehicle being clamped. [Access Card] Only 1 (ONE) set of key/card will be provided. No extra cards available. Lost access card or parking device will incur a replacement fee of RM300 per card/key. [Cleaning & Towels] Towels: We provide bath towels only (no face or hand towels). No daily towel replacement service. Extra towels are available upon request with additional charges. Service: The cleaning fee is a one-time charge per check-out. No daily cleaning service is provided, including for long stays. Requests: Any cleaning request will be charged based on the Airbnb cleaning fee (Available 12pm–4pm, Mon–Fri, with at least 1 day's notice). Damage: Any unremovable stains, damages, or signs of smoking found after check-out will result in special cleaning or replacement costs. [Check-In & Check-Out] Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out: Latest by 12:00 PM. Late Check-out: Subject to unit availability and charged at RM30 per hour. Please check with our customer service in advance. [Kitchen & Cooking] Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen only using the induction cooker. Rules: Strictly NO deep frying, cooking curry, or heavy oily food. Extra cleaning costs will be charged to guests who violate this. [Others] Entertainment: Unlike other units, we provide a FREE Netflix account 🎞️. (YouTube requires your own login). Decorations: Styling items in photos may not be included. No decorations should be stuck on the walls; any damage will result in a repair fee.
