Quiet 2 bdrm home, 8 min from the CLE Airport

This lovely home is located moments from the highway (1 minute). So, whether you're going downtown for an attraction or to a suburb to spend time with family, you're just a quick trip away. This was recently remodeled into a more modern space in the last 5 years. It's a quiet and cute location. It is 800 sq. ft. of an adorable home, with everything you need. When you walk in you feel like you are at home with all the amenities that you could want. The space As you pull in you are welcomed with the only covered porch on the street. A set of chairs and a small table sit on the front porch, to enjoy the peacefulness in the morning with a cup of coffee or at night with a drink before bed. When you walk up to the door the light will welcome you and then the smart lock with glow as you start to enter your number. Once inside the home you will be welcomed to a home with central air and a modern look. The popular colors of grey and white highlight through the entire home. There is a subtle tone of blue in the extremely comfortable living room with the 65 inch television - A great room to gather and watch your favorite movie. When you turn to your left, you walk into the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy cooking a family meal on the stove or in the oven. If you are in for a quick stay don't forget to use our Keurig with our to-go coffee cups. The dining room/ laundry room is a nice area to sit, work, or eat. The washer and dryer are on site and free to use. If you head out the back door you will see a large backyard. It has plenty of space to play or relax. Back inside is our King size bed in the master bedroom or a full bed in the smaller room. The bathroom is right outside of both the rooms. This space is smaller but has everything that you may need. So whether its a quick visit in between stops from flight to flight or a longer stay to visit family. This place is the place for you. Guest access The entire home, the enclosed back yard, and driveway is all for you and your guests. The only thing that we don't allow access to is the garage. We also ask that you leave the gate closed at all times. So if you need to enter and exit the home please use the front door. Other things to note The garage is the only space that we ask you to leave alone during your stay. Also, the the fence must stay shut. The second oldest thing on the property is the fence. We just like to keep it intact. So, if you want to, please park your car up to the gate but don't open the gate or go into the garage please! The rest of the driveway is all yours though. • Early check in or late check out request may be charged $30 per request and subject to a case by case basis.
