The apartment also has off street parking for one car, with plenty of on street parking available too. The space We are delighted to welcome you to our rental apartment in Birkdale which is the first floor of a former large Edwardian house. The apartment is extremely spacious offering three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the second with twin single beds also offering the option of putting them into one superking bed , and the third with a single bed. There is also a folding single bed available if required. There is a large living/dining room, bathroom with bath and over bath shower and a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with washing machine. There is a parking space available. You will check in via a lock box with a code, but we are local hosts and will be available to assist you with any requirements if you need us. Guest access The apartment is self contained with shared access. Please note that this is a first floor apartment so you will need to climb a flight of stairs.
