The space The apartment is in a building built in 2018, the entrance to the building is accessible as well as the entrance to the apartment. The apartment includes a large entrance hall, bedroom (safe room), large living room, pleasant and well-equipped toilet and shower, work area, washing machine and dryer area, a very well-equipped kitchen (including kosher kitchen utensils - meat and dairy for those who keep kosher, and also kitchen utensils without kosher keepers), the kitchen has all the appliances required for a long stay. From the stylish living room, there is an exit to a small and bright patio, 20 sqm, a stylish balcony with a table and chairs and shade from the sun. There's nothing like having a nice, quiet breakfast on our patio. The living room has a bed that opens for 2 more guests. More suitable for children. In the living room there is a recliner armchair that is very comfortable to watch TV on. Next to the round wooden table in the dining area, 6 guests can be seated. The kitchen is equipped with a large 4-door refrigerator, electric stove, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, NESSPRESO coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. (Laundry can also be hung outside, there is a special facility) in the bedroom you will find a steam iron, and an ironing board. The apartment also has spare linens for the sofa bed. During your stay, if you request, we can provide you with cleaning services. Guest access Feel free to use all the spaces in the apartment. Also, there is an underground parking lot available for your use. The entrance to the garage is through an electronic key that you will receive after check-in. Other things to note Important Notes: 1. Israeli citizens will have to add to the price indicated on the website, VAT at the rate of 18%. We provide guests with two pairs of bicycles with helmets. The bikes are in the underground parking garage. Terms of use: A. The use is at the guest's own risk. B. The use is free of charge but guests will have to deposit $100 for each pair of bicycles (via the Airbnb platform) that will be returned in full upon return of the bicycle in good condition. D.
