Comfy home with chef kitchen, office, washer/dryer

Nestled on a lovely 2 acre lot, it has been completely remodeled. Stunning marble countertops throughout the home, with a fully furnished kitchen. New furniture, beds and bedding . A fire pit in the back of the house and a sitting area in the front. A private space to work from with 750 mbps wifi, 3 smart tvs, and 4 ways to make coffee. The space is perfect for business or pleasure. 25 min to downtown Cincinnati and very close to restaurants, grocery, bars and shops. Hope to host you The space The house is pretty small on the inside but we’ve loaded it with nice furniture and amenities to make your stay very comfortable. There is outside seating front and back and it’s has a nice yard. The road it’s situated on is quiet and the road adjacent is fairly busy during the day but is approx 150 yards away and everything quiets down substantially after dark. There are steps to get in the home and to get to the top bedroom/bath and the basement where the washer/dryer are located Guest access The whole home and all amenities will be accessible with the exception of 3 locked supply/owners closets located in the upstairs hall. There are no closets in bedrooms but there is a closet next to the downstairs bedroom to hang clothes and a hanger in the corner of the office for the upstairs bedroom if needed. Steps are required in the front entrance and the back entrance to get into home. There is one bedroom on the main level and one bedroom on the top level up more stairs There is a small detached garage close to the home that we use for storage and is also inaccessible to guest. Other things to note Both front access , and back access have multiple steps to get into the home. Steps are required to go to the upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom and to the downstairs washer and dryer. Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and cannot be left at the home if the owner leaves. If evidence is found of a non service animal at the home at any point the guest are subject to a $250 fee. This fee will be used to clean and prepare for the next guest and combat potential allergies. There are cameras on the front and back entrances and a security doorbell recording 24/7 for the safety of our guest and can be used to support the host if needed.
