The space We have 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, one is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Have breakfast and coffee right at our stylish dining table. Or prepare lunch in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a movie night with your guests. Perfect space for 2 couples to experience together. Guest access You can cook and clean. Find cleaning supplies in the cabinet or on the kitchen counter and under the kitchen sink. Please wash all dishes on the kitchen balcony. You can wash your clothes and lower the hangers to hang them to dry. Please do not use extra bedding in the closet without the host's prior approval. You can use the pool and gym. You can use the balcony (but no smoking, vaping, or burning anything). Other things to note No shoes in the house, please. You can put them in the shoe cabinet next to the sofa. No smoking, vaping, or burning incense and or candles (including birthday candles). We have an electric stove burner that requires simultaneously pressing the lock and turning the knob for 3 seconds to turn it on. It has a timer and adjustable temperature, but please do not leave it unattended if used. Make sure to lock the kitchen balcony, balcony and door before you leave. Please turn off all electricity, air conditioners, TVs, before leaving the house. In addition to the peaceful park area of the accommodation, local eateries and restaurants near the house give you more unique flavors and feelings here, at affordable prices to help you experience more about Vietnamese cuisine. Other things to note Please note that any damage and repair costs will be added to the exact fee for the guest as all fees listed here are approximate at this time. NO eating or drinking in the bedroom. DO NOT leave dishes in any area of the house other than the sink on the kitchen counter. Please wash the used dishes in the sink on the kitchen counter. DO NOT lose the elevator key or we will have to charge a replacement & inconvenience fee of 500,000 VND. DO NOT perform any illegal activities including filming, photography, gaming, gambling, etc. in our home and or accommodation. Other things to note Please prepare to present your passport to hand over our keys. We also need a copy sent before check-in. The photo will be completely deleted after the payment and booking is over, thank you. Please get pre-approval from the host if you have visitors.
