Welcome to the new mini-apartment "Studio". Since October 2022, a modern alpine style with upscale comfort awaits you here. Relax in this very quiet vacation home near the old town of Garmisch. The space The stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for a few days of vacation - and more - in about 25 m². The decor is modern alpine with lots of wood and practical design. Guest access By arrangement and availability, the following are available to share: • Washing machine with washing powder • Tumble dryer • Drying room for wet laundry, bath towels, etc. • Ironing board and iron • Ski boot dryer • Ski cellar We charge a fee for any costs incurred. Other things to note Please make sure you have the check-in information at the latest the evening before arrival. Our apartments are lovely spots to relax and unwind. Parties are therefore not allowed. The quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am is mandatory so that other guests in the house also feel comfortable. The apartment is to be left as it was found, in particular the kitchen tidied up and clean, the refrigerator empty, the garbage carefully separated and disposed of in the respective garbage cans. Tourist tax is €3/person/night and must be collected by the host for the Garmisch-Partenkirchen market. You pay in cash on the day of arrival.
