Sun/elk meadow, gameroom, dog friendly

From November 1st thru March 1st, an AWD or 4x4 vehicle MAY be needed ask current weather conditions The main floor has a full-size kitchen & adjoining living room, 1 bedroom w/2 full beds. Bath with a shower. Off the kitchen is a deck with gas grill. Lg gameroom with Airhockey, Ms Pac-Man/Galaga game. Full bath w/ lg tub. The 3rd floor has a king bed, reading nook and a 1/2 bath. The space Sun Meadow is an amazing property. It has an amazing view from all directions. Sit out on the deck in the evenings and watch the elk and deer wonder into the yard. The main floor has a large living room/ kitchen combo. The room is divided with an extra large wood table and 6 chairs. The living room has a reclining couch and loveseat. A large screen TV with streaming channels. Bring your username and password to customize your watching experience. Great wifi throughout the cabin. There is a remote control to start the fireplace. The fireplace is not to be used as a source of heat. Turn off at night or when not at home. Each room has individual tower heaters to keep the rooms warm and cozy during the winter. Do not move the heaters and do not shut off, leave at 60 degrees when you vacate to prevent pipes from freezing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Lots of cabinets and counter space. Gas stove, microwave, new full-size refrigerator. The coffee corner has a kuerig coffee machine. We provide k-cups, hot chocolate, and tea. This floor also has a bedroom with 2 full-size beds. The bathroom across the hall has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, lots of closet space, and adjoining reading/sitting nook with 2 comfortable oversized chairs and a magnificent view. There are books and some reading material for you to relax with. Across from the master bedroom is a 1/2 bath. When using the gameroom , children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The huge gameroom is located on the lower ground level. It can be accessed by the wooden spiral staircase off the kitchen or by the double french doors on the lower patio. Inside the gameroom is an air hockey table , vintage free play Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machine and to top it off, lots of board games to play on the large table. Big screen TV. The gameroom has a beautiful large full bath with an oversized bathtub and amazing shower pressure. The unique furniture in the gameroom and the dining table upstairs are made from wood and iron pieces of an 1800s covered wagon. It is amazing to see the size of the wheel that is the table. It's definitely a conversation piece. Designated parking is to the right of the cabin, along the downed trees logs. There is a ramp to the front door. You can temporarily park in front of the ramp to load unload your car. We do not accept 3rd party reservations. The person booking must be one of the occupants. No parties or large gatherings. No outside fires allowed to include portable firepits. There is a $25.00 fee per dog 40lbs & under and $50.00 fee over 40lbs limit 2, per stay fee. You can rent just the upper 2 floors (not the gameroom) for a lower nightly rate and a lower cleaning fee. There is a security camera located on the front deck looking out to the street. Please agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog. The dog/dogs must be 1 year old or older and house trained. 1. Your dog/dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the cabin and not to be left out on the deck if applicable. 2. Your dog/dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture to include the beds. 3. Pick up your dogs waste immediately after it's done and dispose of it in the dumpster outside. 4. Please let Susan know the size, breed, and age of your dog. 5. If your dog is a big shedder, you may be charged for extra cleaning. There is a $25.00 fee per dog 40lbs & under and $50.00 fee over 40lbs limit 2, per stay fee.
