Located in the Vila Grega neighborhood, near Aracati Airport, 5 minutes from the city center and 15 from Canoa Quebrada and Fortim. It has a swimming pool (with a safety fence), a large balcony/garage, 4 bedrooms in total, two of which are en-suites, a laundry room, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room, games, and a barbecue area. The space The house is on a quiet street with great and welcoming neighborhood, with night safety rounds. In the outdoor area there is a large balcony with space for at least 4 cars and 7 nets. Swimming pool with safety grid for children and pets. Space with games (Toto and minesinuca), portable stainless steel barbecue, plastic chairs and tables for use in the leisure area and freezer. In the laundry room, washing machine, sink and drying area In the indoor area, a living room with a table for eight people, a TV sofa and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Full kitchen for 15 people, fogao, refrigerator, blender, microwave, airfry, sandwich maker and table for 05/04 people. Rooms: all with air-conditioning Suite 01 - a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe for two networks. Suite 02 - one double bed, two single beds and a wardrobe for two hammocks. Bedroom 03 - a trundle bed and a single bed. It sleeps 11 people in beds, plus 5 people in hammocks, all in the bedrooms. Total of 03 baths. Served by delivery service (iFood, etc.), close to the grocery store, bakery, playground with laser area for children and soccer field, and one block from the new Forum de Aracati.
