Breckenridge offers many summer activities such as golf, hiking, water sports at Lake Dillon, fly fishing, horseback riding, or relaxing. At 9500 feet you can escape the heat. This mountainside unit is located at Grand Timber Lodge Resort which offers 2 indoor/outdoor pools, multiple inside and outside hot tubs, theater, steam room, sauna and gym. There are many other activities at the resort and an on-site restaurant/bar. Perfect for the large family summer mountain get away. The space This resort 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is available for check-in on Friday July 15, 2022 at 4 pm. Check out is Friday July 22, 2022 at 10 am. Grand Timber Lodge is located mid-mountain above Breckenridge on Peak 9. This large unit has a separate lock-off bedroom which has a kitchenette. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pull out sofa. Then living room has a pull out sofa. Guest access There is underground garage parking for 2 cars. Grand Timber Lodge has a free shuttle that will take you around Breckenridge. The walk to downtown is about 6 blocks, 10 minutes. Be sure to head down to the Grand Timber Lodge front desk at 4 pm daily for freshly baked cookies. Other things to note This is our annual summer week time share unit, so it is only available this week. We love Grand Timber Lodge and have owned this time share unit since 2008.
