The space -Charming front reading room (with extra air-mattress) -Bright kitchen with butcher block countertops, stocked with standard cooking supplies with full fridge + freezer and a Bruvi ( eco-friendly pod) coffee maker -Cozy living area with table for 4, warm fireplace, reclining leather couch, tv, DVDs, and LOTS of cozy blankets! -One bedroom with King bed and comfy bedding! A huge walk-in closet with a full-length mirror, shelving, and ample storage for organizing outdoor gear and clothing! -Remodeled bathroom with tiled shower, stone vanity, and great storage filled with plush towels + washcloths, and Oneka Amenities in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) -Local art + reading material throughout the space. Guest access The entire cottage, and fenced-in yard that includes - a picnic table, hammock, and fire stand are all for the private use of our guests Private hiking trail with our own mountain to be enjoyed by guests! Enjoy the sunset, and crack a beer on a non-crowded hike! Escape the busy trailheads of CO! Other things to note -YOU WILL NOT HAVE CELL PHONE RECEPTION -You will only have wifi available in the space -The Wifi is satellite, by Starlink (90% of the time reliable!) -PLEASE READ: It's a Wonderful Place is in the mountains off of a winding canyon road that gains an incline. Depending on the weather, AWD or 4WD may be necessary once you turn onto the property in the winter due to snow. Please reach out to the host with questions. Wildlife could be seen in or around the property, including bears, mountain lions, deer, elk, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, snakes and mice. Please keep in mind that this is a mountain property, and we do not have control over what kind of wildlife visits you during your stay, inside the space and out! If you are squeamish with bugs, and wildlife we don't recommend staying here.
