You feel like you're in a single-family house. You have your own door and your own staircase to the suite. +++ Getting there / parking +++ There is plenty of free parking. From the parking to the entrance door it is only 10 meters. Long vehicles such as trucks, vans or campers also fit in the courtyard. Thanks to the proximity to Kissing train station (near Augsburg), it is also easily possible to arrive by train. In about 5 minutes you can reach the property by foot. +++ Kitchen +++ The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to cook deliciously. This and much more awaits you: - Induction hob (4x) - Refrigerator (without freezer) - Dishwasher - microwave - Oven - Toaster (4x) - Coffee machine (Nespresso) - Kettle - egg boiler +++ Laundry +++ All beds are covered with fresh linens. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bath towels for each guest. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. An iron and a table ironing board are also available. +++ sleeping places +++ For occupancy of 5 or 6 people, we turn the couch in the living room into a cozy box spring bed for up to 2 people (160cm width). A curtain then separates this sleeping area from the rest of the living room. The small bedroom remains locked when occupied by 1-2 people, unless you have an alteration request extremely after booking (there are additional costs). +++ feel-good oasis +++ In the living and dining area, there is a sound system (Bluetooth) integrated in the ceiling. Feel free to turn on the large ceiling fan or the air conditioning. From May to August, the use of air conditioning is included. Colored wall spots, dimmable ceiling lights, and a switchable starry sky create a cozy atmosphere in the evening. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via a wide staircase. The apartment has a separate entrance. With your key, you have access to the apartment at all times. Other things to note +++ Surroundings +++ The property is located on the edge of a quiet mixed commercial area. It is located in a small settlement in the immediate vicinity of other residential buildings. From the kitchen you can look out onto the nature reserve. On some days, the Alps show up when you look out the large living room window. +++ Leisure +++ You have direct and free access to a beautiful recreational area with swimming lakes, hiking and cycling trails and restaurants. Two of the swimming lakes are a 10-minute walk away. One of the swimming lakes also invites you to swim nude. +++ Air conditioning +++ The use of air conditioning (dining room + living room + kitchen) is included in the price from May to August. In the living room there is a ceiling fan. In each bedroom, a Dyson air purifier and fan ensures a pleasant and fresh indoor climate. +++ Outdoor area +++ You are welcome to barbecue on the green lawn in front of the building. The outdoor and entrance area is not quite ready yet and will be made beautiful by us piece by piece.
