Historical mini vacation home

The antique cottage is from 1776. Beautiful views over the landscapes of the Naheland are guaranteed. The basic substance is from 1776. The antique and simple flair has been preserved. This is also the intention. The house is used as a vacation home. We love the silence, the nature and the friendly neighbors. It is nice to escape everyday life from time to time, to relax or just to enjoy. The low price results from the simple furnishings and that some of the basic equipment must be brought along. There is a small kitchen on the ground floor. A fridge, two burners, a microwave, a small oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini dishwasher and a small sitting area for 4 people are part of the furnishings. Kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. The kitchen meets a simple standard. Some board games are available under the bench for a cozy gathering. Just try them out :-). If it is a little cooler, a pellet stove is available. The house does not have its own waste disposal facility. You must take your household waste with you after leaving the house and dispose of it yourself. The bathroom also does not meet the latest standard. Please don't expect a high-tech shower with massage heads ;-). It is clean, has a bathtub with shower, toilet and sink. There is still a need for modernization. This is being planned. Hot water is only available in the bathroom via a small water heater. A washing machine is not provided. Also on the first floor is a small bedroom with a larger bed about 1.45 m wide, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an antique dressing table. Finally, a small wooden staircase leads to the converted attic. The wooden staircase is old and does not meet today's standards. The steps are narrow and entry is at your own risk. The stairs are not suitable for people with musculoskeletal restrictions - see pictures. The attic is cozy and comfortably furnished with a sitting area. The couch can be pulled out if needed. There is another sleeping option and TV. Ample blankets are available for the night. However, since I do not live locally, I ask guests to bring their own duvet covers & make the beds themselves & remove them again. Alternatively, sleeping bags are possible. Towels must also be brought along. In addition, next to the front door, there is a small basement, e.g. as a storage facility or for storing drinks. A simple bike would also be available there. Guest access Flexible via key box. You can use the entire mini vacation home. Please do not drive the vehicle in front of the front door, but use the public parking lot. Other things to note Things to Note: Waste disposal: No separate waste disposal. Please take any household waste leaving the house, please take it with you and dispose of it yourself. Duvet cover/towels: Please bring your own bed linens and towels please bring your own. Safety information: The stairs to the attic does not meet today's state of the art - enter at at your own risk.
