Kick back and relax in our BRAND NEW guest house. We have put a lot of thought and effort into our space for you to have a comfortable stay. Enjoy a country living feel while being just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the hospital. The host also live behind the property should you need anything. No pets. No smoking. This space is for paying guest only. No parties! We also have a 2nd listing in Greenwood- The Cottage @ Hill & Dale. *OWNER IS A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT. This is a brand new home finished in November 2022. Nestled in the corner of our primary residence, you will have all the privacy you need, including your own driveway and parking while still having our assistance shall you need it. You will have your own front porch with seating, a grill, and a propane fireplace for chilly nights. Entering the home to a spacious living room with smart TV (use your own personal account to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc), open to the kitchen which is equipped with all the basics. We do provide coffee, creamer, olive oil for cooking and salt and pepper. The bathroom is off the kitchen, and has a shower. We provide towels, wash cloths, and homemade soap for your stay. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other bedroom has a custom built loft bed (more suitable for kids) with a full bed on the bottom. A washer and dryer is also available. Directly behind the house is a pasture, We have a very sweet jersey cow and a Highland cross Bull along with some kune kune pigs. You are welcome to pet them, they love attention. *This home is located within minutes to shopping and restaurants, close to Lander University, Self Regional Healthcare, and about 10 minutes to Abbeville. You will have your own parking and front porch to enjoy. We have 14 acres so feel free to take a walk outside. We have a fenced in pasture behind the guest house we are slowly starting to add animals. I’m sure you will see our super sweet jersey cow “Maggie Mae” and our Highland Mix Bull “Ferdinand” they love bread. The pigs and chickens will also be in the pasture. We live behind the little white house (there is a pasture in between), but is still very private with a separate driveway and plenty of space to relax. If you should need anything, just let us know!
