Christiana Cottage, Cozy home located near Gap.

The cottage is located in the town of Christana on a quiet street with a spacious deck and backyard. The home is owned by the Lapp family and managed by my husband Paul and I. The cottage has 2 BDRMS w queen beds and a daybed to sleep 1 guest. The newly renovated bath offers a shower/tub combo. Dutchway Grocery store & Restaurant is just around the corner. Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg, Outlet shopping within 20 min drive of the home. Smart TV to log into your accounts. WIFI . The space The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with drip & keurig coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, and basic spices. The dining room table seats 6 with the additional folding chairs you will find in the closet. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed with new mattresses. The bath has a tub/shower combo and soap and shampoo guests are welcome to use. The living room has a recliner sofa and a reading chair and a smart TV to log into your own accounts. The game room/ entry has a foosball table and daybed to sleep 1 guest, Bed linens and pillows for the daybed are located in the cupboard across from the daybed. Several board games are located in the closet for guests to enjoy. The washer and dryer are for guests use. The deck out back is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Guest access The home is within 30 minutes drive to Amish attractions, Strasburg, Sight and Sound. Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia, Exton within 20 min drive. We have several board games and foosball table as well as a few outdoor games. The back deck has a beautiful view to relax and enjoy nature, there is a small charcoal grill and tools in the shed, guests provide their own charcoal. Other things to note Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. We will not tolerate parties or loud music. Please respect the neighborhood. **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
