Triple Crown- Downtown Lex’s Premier Location

The Triple Crown is an equine inspired space directly downtown that offers a truly unique stay within a historic c. 1897 Victorian home in the center of the horse Capital of the World. 30 night minimum stay! The space The historic property has a rich history, original woodwork, amazing amenities and the best location in downtown. Large bedroom and separate living room, full kitchen and dining area. The apartment is private and very spacious. There are two off street dedicated parking spots in the private parking lot. Walk only a few steps to a locked gate and your own separate entry door at the rear of the unit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space shown. There are two locked doors partitioning off the upstairs unit and an emergency exit only door in the front. Guests that have pets may walk them in the parking lot or street. Please don’t use the back yard or enter that private area. Other guests including myself could be on property in a separate cottage behind the apartment as well as the upstairs unit. The Backyard space is only used for other guests. Other things to note Property has a 1/2 bath- sink and toilet. Shower 36x36 walk-in and washer and dryer is separate on the other side of the dining area.
