Amenities include: washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, coffee pot, electric kettle, cook stove, filtering water pitcher, otter lamp with wireless phone charger, and Roku TV. Bathroom is off to one side. You will sleep on a comfortable double bed with medium Tempur-Pedic mattress top, 100% cotton bedding, down comforter and Tempur-Pedic pillows. You will also have your own enclosed semi private yard because the western windows of the main house look out onto the entry path. ( I keep the curtains closed). Street parking is in front of main house or down West Ave if you are towing. Guest access Guests have access to the front yard and to their private side yard and cottage. Other things to note Guests might see me around mowing and doing yard work on the weekends. My daughter will probably be heard a lot-she is 8 and exuberant about life. She also plays soccer in the front yard. Head’s up! Yeny is my roommate and she will be seen coming and going from the front yard. The cottage window looks out on my garden shed area. It’s not the prettiest view, but I’m sprucing it up with planter boxes and flowers. It is a south facing window so it will heat the space up during the day in both winter and summer, just open the blinds.
