Wisteria Way Bed and Breakfast

Come relax in our historic Southern home. Wysteria Way was the original Country Club of Thomaston Ga. built in 1922 and converted into a beautiful private home in the 1940’s. Step back in time in our gorgeous unique estate. The Protea King Room is 1 of 2 available bedrooms I book one room at a tme unless you want to book 2nd room yourself. It is peaceful and serene. Enjoy our spacious porch, indoor and outdoor dining areas, nice size lounge, luscious gardens and personal tea and coffee bar. The space The Protea King Room is a nice size bedroom with a king bed. There is a full bath right beside the room. We have committed to and follow Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. The room is very clean with nice fresh linens and towels. All bed clothes and bathroom rugs are laundered between guests. You will be staying in a very clean room as it is thoroughly swept, mopped and dusted between guests. There is a sitting room & kitchenette just outside the bedroom door. Adjacent to this area is the living room, lounge and dining area, all for your enjoyment. The kitchenette has a small fridge, a coffee and hot tea bar and we offer a bowl of in season fruits plus continental type goodies. The living area and lounge has two sofas as well as accent chairs. There's also a dining area for your use. The entire home has fire and carbon monoxide alarms. Guest access Guests access is through the front of the home from the private parking area. You'll enter through the front door into the living area and down the hall to your room(s). The Protea King Room is just down the hall on the left. Our guests are welcome to explore the grounds and gardens of Wysteria Way. There's a nice swing in the garden and lots of sitting areas on the porch and throughout the grounds for you to enjoy. During your stay We live on the property but respect your privacy. You will be completely separated with your own private bathroom. I generally meet my guests upon arrival but often you will not see me again, but I'm a text or call away. Please contact me with any questions or issues. Other things to note Close to Atlanta, Macon and Columbus and just a little over an hour from the Atlanta airport. The home is on US-19 N (same as N Center St) & only 3 blocks from US-74 & US-36. We know all the local restaurants, stores/shops etc. and our home is very conveniently & centrally located just 4 blocks from the courthouse square.
