This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Large 110 m2 terrace with mountain view, swimming pool, barbecue, trampoline, children's hut. All this is a 10-minute bike ride from the lake and the old town. A true haven of peace to visit Annecy and its surroundings. Other things to note - I draw your attention to the fact that the pool is not fenced. It is equipped with an alarm device that is the legal minimum but requires extreme vigilance for a family with young children who cannot swim. - Our house is divided into 3 parts: 1 Airbnb studio, rented all year round, a 45 m2 T2 in traditional rental and our house above. The house, garden, pool are not shared spaces with the studio or the T2 and you will have full enjoyment. However, the parking lot is shared and it is likely that you will meet the other tenants there. - The rooms are upstairs in our house under the attic. In the event of a heat wave, the temperature can be high and we are not equipped with air conditioning. - We have finalized the exterior redevelopment of the upper part of our property but not yet the lower part, which is planned for this fall.
