Comfortable, charming and bright studio-apartment located in the coastal town of Tabarja - half way between Jbeil (Byblos) and Beirut. The studio is in AquaGate compound right next to Aquamarina 1. Short distance to the sea side and to a stunning viewpoint of the bay of Jounieh where you can also watch the beautiful sunset (check it from our rooftop!). Easy access for Uber or Careem. Grocery shop nearby, and easy access to the highway where you can hail a taxi or bus. The space - queen size bed - sofa bed (110cm wide - can accommodate 1 extra adult or 2 children) - crib can be provided upon request - fully equipped kitchen - bathroom - balcony overlooking picturesque pool view and resort view - access to the roof with views over the sea and the mountains (most beautiful sunset!) Guest access All guests have access to a covered parking spot and the outdoor shared pool (open in summer May-End of October) Other things to note Housekeeping can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. The studio/compound has 24/7 electricity. Due to the electricity crisis in Lebanon and the steep cost of fuel, we ask our short-term guests to be mindful of their energy consumption (turn off hot water heater, aircon and light when not in need). For a month stay or longer, we request the tenant to take over the electricity bill. We no longer require our short term guests to pay a deposit for the extra electricity - we have instead adjusted our daily rate. Summer season is 6 months, from June-September, we prefer to rent the studio for the whole season. A deposit of 500 USD is required.
