Hot tub is cleaned between stays and will require time to reheat. This property does not have a water view, but offers an affordable get away in beautiful Derby, Indiana. It is located behind the Rock Ridge Lodge. The Derby Community Center and park is located in Derby just a short drive away. They host many events and also have a boat ramp into the Ohio River. There are basketball courts, swings, slides, a shelter house at the park. Derby General store and Derby Market are both near us with any thing you may need. Smackwater Cove Bar&Grille is a visitor favorite if you choose to eat out and is just a short drive.
