Start your day with a walk down to the unspoiled beach and catch one of the best sunrises the area has to offer. Unwind in the resort's hot tub or reserve your private time slot at the outdoor wood burning fireplace. Dinners in are a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen. The space This brand new 1200 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with additional outdoor covered eating area is entirely yours to enjoy. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer, and all the creature comforts for a cozy stay. This space is perfect for couples, small families, weekend getaway trip with the girls or those looking to work remotely. If you are looking for a place for large groups or a place to party, this home will not be the right fit for you. The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and living room with a pull-out sofa. It also contains a cozy workspace ideal for remote working, a modern electric fireplace and 58 inch smart tv with Netflix. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious memory foam mattress, and their own dedicated bathroom and showers. The main bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceiling and oversized windows with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean that will make you swoon. The second bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the garden. For families with the littlest travelers in tow, a pack and play crib is available on request. An outdoor covered area and barbeque, situated in a beautifully landscaped garden provides additional options for dining and relaxing outdoors. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse as well as all the resort amenities including the pool (seasonally May- October), year round outdoor hot tub, exercise room and outdoor wood burning fireplace by reservation. Pool towels and robes are provided at no additional cost by the staff at the front desk. Guests can access the beach directly from the resort by walking down a well maintained path (less than a 2 minute walk from the townhouse) and a 10 minute stroll down the beach will take you to the famous Rathtrevor Provincial Park. Water shoes will be an asset as there are some west coast style rocky areas to cross to access the sandier areas. It’s truly the perfect spot for family beach combing, tidal pool exploration, and dipping your toes in the uniquely warm waters of Parksville. Located on resort drive, Sunrise ridge is a short walk, bike ride or drive to many of the amenities the area has to offer. Beautiful walking and biking trails can be found woven through the forest and along the ocean through Rathtrevor provincial park. Some of the best eats can be found at near by restaurants such as the Black Goose Inn, Cedars Bar and Grill and Serious Coffee House. Just down the road, you'll find mini golf and bumper cars at The Riptide Lagoon. And for those looking for a little pampering, the world-class Tigh-Na-Mara's Grotto Spa is located just next door to the resort. For day trippers, it's a 5 minute drive to Parksville, 15 minute drive to Qualicum beach and 20 minute drive to Nanaimo. Mt Washington Ski Resort is an hour away and it approximately 2hrs to Tofino or Victoria. Other things to note The resort is expanding our landscaping and making improvements to the beach pathway.
