Helpful information Floor/Building: 3rd Floor with lift There a an integrated cooling system unit in the apartment that reaches 22 degrees. Please Note: This apartment operates an air conditioning system which is activated by building maintenance. This system provides coolant in the summer months and heating in the winter months. These systems are normally switched over in mid-May but this may be subject to change which is out of our control. The outside swimming pool of Parc du Cap will be closed starting November 1st for out of season period.The indoor swimming pool is open from 9am - 9pm everyday. Bedrooms The master bedroom features a super king bed (180cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a king size bed (156 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have been decorated with Scandinavian interior designs in mind to create a minimalistic style using soft hues with pops of colour to make the sleek, modern décor feel warm and inviting. The master and guest bedroom both open onto a secluded terrace through sliding doors allowing the sun to filter through the curtains from early morning until the sun goes down across the bay. There is an integrated cooling system throughout, reaching up to 22 degrees in low season and providing cool air in the summer. Electric sun blinds are fitted to all patio doors for quick and effortless adjustment from the Riviera sun. Bathrooms Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All have been designed using the timeless beauty of dark neutral tones reflecting through glass panels and wide inset mirrors to present a pristine environment. Whether you require a calming end to the day, or an invigorating morning, these luxurious bathrooms featuring ‘his and hers’ basins, toilets, gentle overhead rain showers and power showers, and digitally controlled heated towel rails, will ensure your complete comfort. Separately there is a w/c in the main reception room for your convenience Kitchen and Dining A fully equipped kitchen forms part of the open-plan living and dining area, providing the best in German technology with a Siemens fridge/freezer, induction hob, fitted microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Revive yourself with the Nespresso coffee machine, which has a supply of single country origin capsules. The kitchen leads directly on to the extensive terrace inviting you to enjoy the al fresco dining area. The inside dining area offers dedicated seating for four guests to dine in style. Outside Space Each room has sliding doors, leading onto a terrace. The living area allows you to step outside onto the lovely wooden deck equipped with a corner sofa and dining table for four. The two bedrooms also share a separate terrace with a contemporary sofa and coffee table overlooking the serene infinity pool and Parc du Caps luscious leafy gardens.
