Matapalo Beach House

Bitzú House Beautiful fully equipped house with 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and parking for two vehicles. It has an excellent location in a quiet and safe place, 1 km from a paradisiacal beach ideal for surfing, where turtles spawn, it has a beautiful forest where you can see sloths, iguanas, macaws. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, 40 minutes from Manuel Antonio Park and 30 minutes from Marino Ballena Park, near rivers and waterfalls. The space The house is located in a select place with a cozy and very quiet atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, it has a decoration full of art, which gives it that elegant touch, in addition all the rooms have windows to the outside, they have ceiling fans and air conditioners. Guest access The entrance to the property is through a private street away from the outside noise. We have an electric gate to facilitate guest entry. The house is surrounded by some fruit trees. A garden with endemic plants from the area and a structural pool to cool off on hot afternoons. Other things to note The sunrises are usually beautiful and when you wake up you will hear the birds singing. with an incredible sunset. The village is very quiet and peaceful, as is traditional in the villages of Costa Rica.
