Light, renovated apartment. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. 1Gb fibre wifi. Sunny backyard with outdoor couch, grill & vegetable garden and fully enclosed, so perfect for a pet. Very quiet neighborhood with very easy parking & good access to public transport (BART & Bus). Laundry & dryer. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and basic food items. The space Guests love the sunny backyard with comfortable patio furniture. The beds are new and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Guest access You have full access to the entire apartment. The backyard is shared with the upstairs apartment. Other things to note One review in 2020 mentioned poor sound insulation with the apartment above. In 2021 we installed sound and heat insulation in the ceiling - and impressively the problem is solved.
