Facing the Caribbean Sea and a few minutes from Morrocoy National Park. @casas_morrocoy The space The townhouse is located on a quiet street, within Caribbean Suites and Marina Beach, which has 24-hour private security, wonderful social areas, including an artificial canal, free-flowing gardens with a variety of local flora and fauna, and the longest pier in the area with beaches included. It is a lodging especially focused on family groups with children and/or older adults, ideal for long stays, either for vacations or teleworking, since we have all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home in a very safe and quiet environment. Refrain from holding parties in the internal areas and adjacent to the townhouse, as it is a quiet street where families reside permanently. NO loud music inside the townhouse or in the patio. Celebrations can be held in the pool's social areas where there is music and the ideal atmosphere to meet 24 hours a day, as long as the rules of the venue clearly published on the sign are met. The condominium has a privileged location as it has a shopping center with a bakery, grocery store, liquor store, sale of empanadas, etc. It is 2 minutes away from Luxor supermarket and 5 minutes away from the town of Tucacas. Upper floor: Bedroom 1: a double bed with an en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: one double bed (shared bathroom) Bedroom 3: two bunk beds and one single bed (shared bathroom) Ground floor: Bedroom 4: Double bed and single bed. However, guests have the right to purchase a bracelet that costs $5 per person (from 6 years of age) to access the pool area, which includes a giant freshwater pool for children and adults, a saltwater pool, a variety of restaurants, sports courts in the sand, a park, grills, and beach access, among others. The house has a parking space for 2 vehicles. Please do not exceed the limit to avoid obstructing the track as it is a narrow street, or occupy neighbouring house stalls. We DO not deliver towels along with the stay. The town house does not have hot water, however the water in the area is quite warm and pleasant. We do not have an electric plant, and we are insistent with this because in the area there are periods of total normality in the light service but there are also periods when the service can fail totally or partially for up to 6 hours during the day or night, even though there may be light in the social areas, in other complexes or even in neighboring houses, since it works by different phases and some have their own electric plants. As there is no light service, there will also be water service as the pumps would not work. Although the kitchen has aesthetic details caused by antiquity, it is fully functional and will be remodeled in the next few months. The washer / dryer is not enabled for guest use, they are exclusively for the cleaning of lingerie by our maintenance staff. Carnivals, Easter, school holidays, Christmas, end of the year and holidays have special conditions in terms of the minimum number of nights for the reservation, please ask for details before booking. Although the townhouse is fully functional, meteorological and supply events of electricity, water, gas, internet, etc. can occur, which do not depend on us and which in turn, can affect the operation of our air conditioners and/or refrigerator.
