It is an especially focused accommodation on family groups with children and/or older adults, ideal for long stays, either by vacation or teleworking, as we have all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and quiet environment. Refrain from partying in the internal and adjacent areas of the townhouse, since it is a quiet street where families reside permanently. High-volume cornices are not allowed inside the townhouse or in the patio. We do not have an electric plant, and we are insistent with this because in the area there are periods of total normality in the light service but there are also periods when the service can fail totally or partially for up to 6 hours during the day or night, even though there may be light in the social areas, in other complexes or even in neighboring houses, since it works by different phases and some have their own electric plants. As there is no light service, there will also be water service as the pumps would not work. Although the kitchen has aesthetic details caused by antiquity, it is fully functional and will be remodeled in the next few months. The washer / dryer is not enabled for guest use, they are exclusively for the cleaning of lingerie by our maintenance staff. Carnivals, Easter, school holidays, Christmas, end of the year and holidays have special conditions in terms of the minimum number of nights for the reservation, please ask for details before booking. Although the townhouse is fully functional, meteorological and supply events of electricity, water, gas, internet, etc. can occur, which do not depend on us and which in turn, can affect the operation of our air conditioners and/or refrigerator.
