290 m² renovated farmhouse for 16 people in 6 bedrooms in the heart of a very quiet enclosed garden and environment, with little opposite. Assets: 3 living rooms (including a cinema & games), equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, swimming pool (heated from June to August), sauna, grand piano, guitar, foosball, billiards, air hockey, ping pong, rifle, 2 terraces, 5 bicycles, climbing wall block. Pets not allowed because ours are already present on site. The space Floor: on the right: hallway serving 3 bedrooms with double bed and desk (one with a second pull-out bed), a separate toilet, a walk-in shower and sauna. on the left: small living room, bedroom and bathroom with toilet. Ground floor: bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and grand piano, guitar. An office. 2nd living room with large sofa for video projector + foosball / darts / board and outdoor games and on the mezzanine: air hockey / billiards + extra bedroom Exterior (April-September): 2 terraces (a SOUTH pergola/WEST awning), child-safe swimming pool with a roller shutter (heated June to August only), horizontal block climbing wall, rifle shooting area, ping pong, basketball hoop, small soccer cage, volleyball net, balls. The land is one hectare in its entirety but is in a small subdivision; the neighbors must be respected. Guest access Possibility to park your cars on the grounds, electric gate closure. Access to the whole house just for you except garage. Nearest train station: Nogent sur Vernisson (8 min drive). Other things to note CLEANING included because our animals are present but be careful; the satisfactory maintenance of the house remains your responsibility => spilling food or breaking objects => to be picked up. Kitchen to make tidy and clean. House full of mud to clean, etc. Bed linens, Towels, soaps provided. The beds are ready when you arrive. There is a travel cot with mattress in the accommodation at your disposal in the closet at the top of the steps. ANIMALS are forbidden because ours stay on site during your stay, but there is nothing to do: Allergy to cats: be careful! There are 2 very cuddly cats but they love to hang out outside even more in the summer! Chickens make their lives in the garden. Coffee shops: senseo and filter Heated POOL from June 1 to September 10 only. (impossible to heat outside this period, sorry...) Temperature: 28-30°C July-August. If it is a cold night (June and September), it will be at the highest air temperature during the day. Internal rules regarding departures: Departures are before 3pm. Please first: - Vacuum or mop in particularly dirty areas - Kitchen + clean and tidy dishes. - Remove all your sheets & towels and put them in the lingerie. - Return items and furniture back to their original position. - Household garbage and recycling in the garden bin. The glasses evacuated by you (in montbouy: 4 route de Gy les Nonains). - Report any broken / damaged /not working properly. Replace or refund them. - Put the keys back in the lockbox, and close the gate Note: compensation is obviously requested in case of deterioration or non-compliance with the regulations.
