Located less than 5 minutes from the Interlochen Center for the Arts. A spacious back yard offers plenty of privacy for campfires, grilling, yard games, and relaxing! The house is one floor with a nicely stocked kitchen, including a complimentary popcorn bar and coffee/tea station. The living room has a large Roku tv that swivels in multi directions for easy viewing. There is an electric fireplace for cozy evenings and a well stocked cabinet with games. The living room sofa has a queen size, memory foam mattress. The bathroom is updated with a vanity, extra hooks and shelving for lots of storage. The 1st bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, shelving in the closet, desk, blackout shades, and a clock/noise machine. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, armoire for clothes as well as a closet, black out shades, and a clock/noise machine. There is also a back entry mud room with a boot warmer, and a washer and dryer. Guests will have access to the entire home, front and back yard. Guests have complete privacy and full use of the house. We are local to the area and can be available if needed. If you prefer to stay closer to home the neighborhood is suitable for walking and biking. The back yard is fenced and private, mostly shaded with mature trees. The yard is spacious with room for games, a large patio with a table and umbrella, a Weber bbq grill, and a campfire pit perfect for unwinding at the end of the night.
