„Out of Africa“bordering Nature Reserve with view!

Modern, very spacious 3 bedroom house at top of the Kronenzicht mountain with spectacular views from all rooms and ample sunlight throughout the day. Start your day with a coffee in the open plan kitchen leading into a lushfull garden with a beautiful view onto the back of Table Mountain. The house contains 3 equally sized large bedrooms on the first floor walking out onto each own exceptionally large balcony. 1.en-suite full bathroom, bedroom 2+3 sharing another full bathroom. Battery back-up. The space There is power backup during Loadshedding times ( except oven ). Guest access Guests have access to the whole „OUT OF AFRICA“ house with own entrance and beautifully set up garden with private pool ( safety pool cover available ). Please note, there is a small unit called the Birdsong Suite attached to main house that might be occupied by 2 other Airbnb guests, however it doesn’t interfere with your privacy and is completely fenced off from your garden, shared parking infront of the house ( garage is unfortunately not part of the booking). The house will be serviced during your stay at no additional cost. Other things to note We want you to have the best time while on holiday, however we kindly ask to respect the privacy of other guests ( max.2 people ) that occupy the BIRDSONG SUITE which is attached to OUT OF AFRICA. We unfortunately don’t allow excessive noise on the property as well as parties, visitors only after pre-approval. There is 1 parking spot on the property, should you bring another car, safe off street parking is available in front of our property for one more car. Any other car should be parked in the close. A domestic is on site on a regular base for all your needs during your stay, which includes cleaning of the house, replacing bedding/towels and ironing of clothes if needed as well as a gardener 2 times a week to keep the property and pool in an immaculate condition. Both services will interfere as little as possible with your privacy and are included.
