Ocean view beach home at Picnic Lake

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night. The space Rustic hand-built home on a hillside, almost like a treehouse with lake beach access and a short walk to Picnic Point Park. Many stairways lead to a patchwork of unique yet simple rooms, with an ocean and lake view from every floor. Heated cement main bathroom, with a 2 person Japanese soaking tub in a rock tiled spa setting. Lower level, hosts the laundry, entertainment room, and the cedar lined sauna, with access to the large patio deck via sliding doors. Small patio on the main level with table and chairs, as well a balcony on the top loft level bedroom. Trains travel regularly, it does not interrupt our sleep when we are there, but want you to be aware of this. Most people love it! Guest access ONLY room for 2 vehicles or 3 small cars!! Park in our strip in front of garage and along the trees. No more than 3 vehicles parked on our strip are allowed. Please be conscience of our neighbors and families with young kids and our wildlife neighbors too. Please do not block the 1 lane street, our neighbors, large trucks and emergency vehicles must be able to pass. The gate & top deck right of the garage are closed off to access while we refinish them. Emergency exit only. No fires in fireplace (there is a fire pit at the water- please follow fire rules if in effect). No smoking or vaping inside. Other things to note TV: we have not set up the tv. PARKING: Only up to 3-car parking allowed. The neighborhood has strict parking restrictions. Please DO NOT block the 1 lane street, not only for our neighbors to get home, but many large trucks, vans & emergency need to get past. You could be charged a fine if blocking neighbors driveway or using their bump-out spot. THINGS TO KNOW: Must climb steep indoor and outdoor stairs - outdoors can be wet and slippery. FIREPLACE INDOOR: No use of the fireplace, many stairs; not safe for unsupervised young children. FIRE PIT BEACH: Bring wood and enjoy rock wall seating & Little Rock fire pit, at the lakeside near the dock. Check local fire bans first. ONLY room for 2 vehicles or 3 small cars!!
