A Roku TV is available on those days where you'd prefer to stay in and binge watch your favorite shows. Just down the hall you'll find a full bath with a tub. All 3 bedrooms have comfy queen sized beds. Extra bonus is our high speed fiber internet! 🌟 The outdoor spaces include a cozy front porch where you can enjoy gazing at the garden (in summer months) or enjoying your favorite beverage while watching wildlife. Continue the fun in the backyard outdoor area with a game of corn hole, barbeque some burgers or gather in the sitting area (seating 6). As the evening winds down, sit by the bonfire to roast some marshmallows for smores and recap on the days adventures. There is a shed with a paddle lock that can keep your bikes/outdoor equipment safe. The location of Sweet Briar Cottage is perfect for those looking to be just minutes from outdoor fun as well as conveniently close to town and social activities. You'll be located just a few miles down the road from the Dupont State Recreational Forest, Pisgah National Forest and Holmes Educational State Forest where you can enjoy waterfall gazing (we're known as the Land of Waterfalls after all), top rated mountain biking trails, hiking, and horse back riding. River access to the French Broad is also just a mile or two down the road (right on the Musky Mile!) where you can enjoy some fishing or kayaking. With groceries, and lovely Brevard shops and restaurants only 10-15 minutes away, you'll have the perfect balance of peace and entertainment at your fingertips. Guest access You have full access to the home and outdoor spaces. Garage is locked and not available. Two small steps on to the front porch and into home. Other things to note No smoking, parties or events. This home is located in a friendly rural neighborhood. Hosts live in the neighborhood and are available to assist at anytime. This home has an electronic keypad lock. Guests will receive a text message the day prior to their arrival which will contain all access information needed. Dogs are welcome with approval.
