The property features four private rooms, a kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom, and a movie theater with a 300-inch (30ft × 13ft) screen and a professional sound system. [ BEST TIME TO VISIT ] Mount Fuji climbing is well-known in summer, but you can enjoy hiking from spring to fall from the Gotemba Trail 5th Station. Late May, before the rainy season begins, and early September, just after summer ends, are actually the best times to visit because there are fewer people and the conditions are great. [ AREA INFO ] A lively area around the station with plenty of dining options. ● JR Gotemba Station – 3 min walk ● Gotemba Premium Outlets – 15 min (Free Shuttle) ● Gotemba Trail 5th Station – 30 min (Closed in winter, bus or car) ● Grocery Store – 5 min walk ● Drug Store – 5 min walk ● 7-Eleven – 3 min walk ● Family Mart – 5 min walk [ TRANSPORTATION ] ● From Central Tokyo About 100 minutes by car via the Tomei Expressway. ● From Narita Airport There are limited direct highway buses from Narita Airport to Gotemba Station. Alternatively, take the Airport Limousine Bus or JR train to Tokyo or Shinjuku Station, then continue to Gotemba Station as described below. (3–4 hours) ● From Haneda Airport Take the Airport Limousine Bus (or JR line) to Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, then follow the Shinjuku/Tokyo → Gotemba route below. There are also several direct buses from Haneda Airport to Gotemba Station each day. ● From Shinjuku Station By Bus: Take the Odakyu Highway Bus to Gotemba Station (90 min). By Train: Take the Odakyu Limited Express "Romancecar" to Gotemba Station (100 min). ● From Tokyo Station By Bus: Take a highway bus bound for the Premium Outlet (90min). From the Outlet, use the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station (15min). By Train: Take the Shinkansen to Mishima Station (60min), then transfer to the JR Gotemba Line to Gotemba Station (about 60min). ● From Kawaguchiko Station By Bus: Highway bus or local bus to Gotemba Station (60–90 min). By Car: About 40 min via the expressway. ● From Osaka Station Take the Shinkansen to Mishima Station (about 2.5 hours via Hikari), then transfer to the JR Gotemba Line to Gotemba Station (about 60 min). Guest access The building has four floors, and the 2.3.4. floors were used as a movie theater. The second floor is divided into a hotel area and a theater area. You can use both the hotel area (living room,bedroom, kitchen, toilet, showers, etc.) and the theater area (former movie theater). I am staying on the 3rd floor of the building. If you need me, please contact me by message. sleeping time(JST 4am-10am) Other things to note ≪ Please note ≫ 1. This place is for people who enjoy movies and drinks in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Parties and loud noise are not allowed. 2. All areas are non-smoking. All smoking items, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, etc. are not allowed. If smoking is found in the property during your stay or after check-out, you will be charged 50,000 yen as a cleaning fee. 3. For safety reasons, only guests are allowed to enter the place. If any non-registered guests enter, an additional fee will be charged for each person. (If you plan on having any short visits, please let us know in advance. ) 4. The place is in a lively area near the station. On weekends and Japanese holidays, rooms facing the street can sometimes be a bit noisy. To reduce the noise, the guest room windows are double-paned and soundproofed. 5. The facility is continually undergoing DIY renovations. Please note that some areas of the property may look different from the photos at the time of booking. ≪ Our Style ≫ We like to keep the space feeling a bit cluttered, like a home, yet still relaxing and welcoming.
