Despite being centrally located, the apartment offers a tranquil retreat, enjoying one of the best locations and views over the High street toward the beach. This cosy space has been designed with comfort in mind, and as such feels bright and airy. The large windows create a light-filled space and the contemporary design ensures everything is provided for a truly relaxing retreat. The apartment is on the first and second floors so you really can get good views. The two bedroom split-level apartment offers a cosy open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with a two seater sofa, armchair, table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen up the stairs on the first floor. A single bedroom has the option of a trundle bed (at a small additional cost of £50 per week), so two adults and two children could comfortably stay and enjoy a short break or week away by the seaside. There is a family shower room and stairs that lead to the main double bedroom on the second floor offering a glimpse of the sea. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Travel cot and high chair available on request, (Please bring your own cot linen). The stairs leading to the apartment are relatively standard. There is no step-free access. Parking is limited to 2 hours on the High street though there is free parking on The Terrace and surrounding roads. There are also pay and display car parks at the far end of the town. Guest access High street door leads to stairs to the first floor First floor: Open plan sitting, dining and kitchen space 2-seater sofa and one armchair with additional dining room seats. CD player, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books, broadband, Freeview television. Kitchenette area with electric hob & gas oven, and fridge with ice box. Folding dining table with folding seating for four guests, and an ornamental fire place. Shower room With shower, wash basin and WC Bedroom two With standard single bed, wardrobe with drawers. Optional trundle bed at an additional £50 per week; only suitable for a child. Space is very limited when the trundle bed is set up. Second floor: Master bedroom With standard double bed, small wardrobe with drawers, two bedside tables and a hairdryer. Limited sea view. This bedroom is in the eaves of the building therefore the ceilings are sloped and there is restricted head height either side of the bed.
