A spacious one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, walk-in closet and a sleeper couch which is good for 2 people. The apartment is on 2nd floor, it is just renovated, everything is great and new. My wife and I redecorated it specifically with airbnb in mind, based on our travelling and hosting experience, so you'll find a perfect apartment in the city's perfect location. Central square is just 10 minutes by foot. Ideal for businessmen, couples, families with kids. We are eager to socialize with our guests when both of us have time. We have 2 kids boys, 11 y.o. and 4 y.o., if you are a family with kids - we can have great time together. The apartment is located on Dosoftei street, across the street from the Embassy of China. This is a quiet neighbourhood, yet you only need to walk just around 100m. and you are on the central Stefan cel Mare street where you get all the restaurants, cafes, shops and nightclubs. Families with kids will enjoy a small playground, which is located just next to the building. Many people love to live and work at this location, that's why it has a lot of foreign embassies nearby. Chinese embassy is just across the street, Swedish and Russian embassies are within half a mile. Central square and central park are both within walking distance, it takes only 10-15 minutes by foot. Lots of transportation options are available to get into any part of the city. It is very easy to get to the apartment, you may use any bus or trolleybus that goes on Stefan cel Mare boulevard. The nearest stop is called Universitatea Tehnica, which translates as Technical University. Getting from airport is easy with a taxi that costs around 200 MDL, I recommend using Yande x.Taxi app. Otherwise you could use airport bus #30, it's regular fare of 6 MDL/per per person, but you'll have to walk around 15 mins from bus last stop. If you arrive by car - it is not a problem to find parking in the courtyard. When using public transport you don't have to buy ticket in advance, you pay inside to the special man or woman who is collecting fees. You pay 6 MDL for a trip. There are also minibuses which are used as public transport, you pay 6 MDL per trip in minibus directly to driver. Usually I can provide early check-in or late check-out, but it is subject to availability, depending if I have guests right before or right after your reservation. If you need a rental car or airport pickup - please let me know, sometimes I can arrange it at better price than you find elsewhere and you'll have personalized service. Regular check-in time is 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (20:00). Check-in outside of these times is possible but subject to a small fee of 5 EUR.
