Our cozy apartment is about 40 m² and has more than you need :) In addition, a private terrace with a huge meadow for relaxed barbecues, breakfast in the morning or for relaxed reading. The space Our cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor in our house and sleeps 4. 2 of them in the bedroom and 2 on a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. (Bed each 1.40 x 2.00 m) Both rooms have a TV. (1 x LCD TV, 1 x tube TV) A modern kitchen with electric stove, microwave and much more as well as a bathroom with tub & shower is also available. The living space is about 40 m². In front of the house, a private terrace can be used for relaxed barbecues, breakfast in the morning or for relaxing reading. In front of the terrace there is a 2000 m² meadow which is ideal for various ball games or other activities. The rightly state-recognized resort of Klein Quassow is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District about 2 km from the nearest town of Wesenberg. It is surrounded by numerous mostly interconnected lakes that can be explored by boat or circled by bike. The "Große Labussee" lake, which is located in front of the house, is directly connected to the fantastic Müritz National Park via the well-known Havel (canal).
