The space LIVING AREAS This newly built home has 2 living areas! On the main level of the home, relax with friends and family around the fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the 50” Roku TV. The fully finished basement also has a 55" TV with Firestick and a game area for board games and Pac-Man arcade game. KITCHEN AND DINING Natural light floods the open concept kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic tools, appliances, and spices you’ll need for preparing your favorite meals away from home. Prep meals at the double island bars with seating for 7, then serve a sit-down meal in the dining room with seating for 6. Don’t forget to take advantage of the stocked coffee to start your morning off right! BEDROOMS AND BATHS There are three bedrooms located upstairs on the second level. Families can sleep soundly in every bedroom because the home rests on a very quiet side street. The soothing primary offers a king-sized bed, double walk-in closets, and en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tiled shower! The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with a private 2nd story balcony that faces the Monon Trail! Great for relaxing with morning coffee and watching all of the fitness activities. The third bedroom is perfect for little ones to room together on the two twin beds. Both the second and third bedrooms share another full-sized bathroom with tub / shower combo that is also located next to the laundry room. The fourth bedroom is located at the back of the basement and features a work at home space and walk-in closet with a full-sized bathroom located just outside in the hallway. This bathroom also has a tub / shower combo. Additional sleeping accommodations can be made by using the living room couch/sleeper sofa. There is also two additional twin air mattresses located inside the basement bedroom closet. The back yard string lighting creates a great atmosphere for entertaining or relaxing. There is a 4 person hot tub, outdoor patio furniture, propane fire pit, and propane grill! Plus, there is a two car garage for parking and fully fenced-in yard! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home! Other things to note The wifi is 300 mbps. Pets are permitted with host approval. With that in mind, the cleaners do their best to clean up after prior guests' furry family members. Any guest traveling with pets agree to the following Pet Agreement: 1) Guests agrees not to allow pets on beds or furniture. 2) Guests agree that they are solely responsible for their pet and agree to keep their pet under control at all times. 3) Guests agree to keep their pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside. 4) Guests agree not to leave their pet unattended for unreasonable periods. 5) Guests agree to clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. 6) Guests agree not to leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside where it may attract other animals. 7) Guests agree to keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. 8) Guests agree to notify the host and be willing to pay for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their pet. 9) Guests agree to pay for pest infestation services if needed resulting from pets allowed in the property.
