The suite includes a private, spacious room & bath with lovely patio. Located in a quiet, wooded, residential neighborhood with views of the Blue Ridge in the heart of West Asheville. Easy access to everything Asheville has to offer - whether you're looking for relaxation or recreation you can access great restaurants, art galleries, spas and a multitude of outdoor activities in minutes. If you’re looking for a peaceful space to retreat, we’re the place. The space Quiet, private entrance to the suite - you may see us if we’re working in the garden and welcome you to say “hello,” answer any questions or provide local tips. We have children and quiet hours after 10PM. Non-smoking - inside or out. Please no visitors (only registered guests) but we're happy to accommodate if you have a request. Private bedroom connected to en suite and full bath. Luxurious queen size bed for a restful night's sleep. Mini-fridge with freezer, Keurig for hot or cold brew. Tea, coffee, organic cream and filtered water provided. A microwave plus dishware are available to heat up leftovers. Guests control temp and humidity with mini-split. A 32" smart TV to log in with your Netflix or Prime account. Large desk and high-speed internet if you need to work before hitting the trails or town! Desk can double as dining table! Connected to your entrance you'll find a sweet patio with bistro table looking out to perennial garden. A wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee, a beverage or takeout. Sounds of birdsong and sunset view included. Guest access Parking located on the street. We have a separate guest entrance from parking area to provide extra privacy. If you will have more than one vehicle per booking, please let us know in advance. Please drive way SLOWER than posted speed limit!! Our neighborhood is full of families and pets- young and old- many of who enjoy walks in our neighborhood. During your stay You may find us in the garden or out walking our dog. Please feel free to say "hello!" If you need any local tips, we'd love to help you. Maximum occupany for two guests (no outside visitors but will certainly honor a special request). Quiet hours after 10PM. We are an official "HomeStay" with permit from the City of Asheville. Other things to note We live in our home and have children - suite is located within our home so you may hear occasional footsteps, our kids playing or be greeted by our dog, Fritter. Our quiet hours begin at 10PM. This space is for registered guests only (if you would like a visitor to stop by, please let us know).
