Ourdoor living areas are allocated to the other apartment as a private, front screened porch and this unit has a private, flagstone front patio for its use. Guests of both apartments share the rear patio and barbecue area. Guest access The interior of the apartment is all yours. You have a front flagstone patio for your private use. The yard and the rear patio barbecue area are shared with the other apartment in the building. The area around the garage in the rear of the white fence is off limits to you, please. Depending on the length of your stay you may see lawn and maintenance workers on the premises. They have access to the garage area. There are exterior security cameras on the premises. Other things to note Guest guidelines should spell out most things. If you are here during a downtown music festival it will be audible from here. On Sunday mornings, street parking in front of the house can be a competition with the parishioners of St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
