Conveniently located between Downtown Denver and Boulder; we are under 10 minutes from I-70 which will take you west to Colorado’s ski resorts and hot springs, east to downtown Denver’s restaurants, museums and night life, not to mention we’re just 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. Or stay closer and check out Olde Town Arvada just 10 minutes away. The space Cozy home that sleeps 6. Perfect for family get-togethers. Large backyard with disc golf, cornhole, and bocce ball for people or running around space for dogs! Comfy living room centered around a homey electric fireplace. The house is just blocks away from an excellent walking or biking path - Ralston Creek Trail. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. There is a Keruig Duo coffee machine for brewing one cup of coffee or a whole pot of joe. The dining room is located right off of the kitchen so whether cooking or dining the space can be shared. The living room has a Roku Smart TV, with two comfy couches and a warm electric fireplace perfect for snuggling. Three bedrooms each have queen size beds with memory foam toppers for a great night's sleep. Each room has a dresser, nightstand and closet that lend a feeling of home. Window shutters keep the bedrooms nice and dark for bedtime. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub just down the hall! The family room is designed for recreation! In this room, just inside the front door, you will find vintage bamboo furniture, a new foosball table, and board games. The large yard is completely fenced and has a cement patio with a table and chairs. We have a hammock for lounging, a bird feeder and bird bath for bird watching! When the weather permits there is a bocce ball set, a full sized corn hole set, as well as a disc golf goal and discs! Guest access Guests will receive self-check-in instructions for the keyless entry before they arrive. There are three steps to enter the front door and one step out to the back patio. Other things to note There is no smoking inside the home, but an ashtray is provided on the patio.
