Perfect for big family or group who wants to visit Calatagan at a very affordable price. The space The place is located in the 2nd floor of Bensan Complex (building). It's a 50sqm room and can accommodate 10-12 Pax. 2 Double Bunk Beds. The Bunk Beds are perfect for families especially those with kids because they are kid-friendly, and perfect for playtime, too! For guests who are more than 10 Pax, we will provide extra mattress, pillows, and blankets. Your own Bar, Kitchen and Dining Area. You can bring and cook food as the place has its own cooking and dining utensils. You can also use the Refrigerator for storing your food and drinks. 2 Bathrooms to provide convenience and privacy for all guests. Basic Essentials. Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap - we got it for you :) Enjoy unlimited Wifi and Netflix access. We also have front / back balcony in case you need to smoke, vape, or just relax while enjoying the view of Bensan Compound Other things to note Guests can conveniently park in the GF of the building. We have a large parking area which can accommodate up to 4 cars. In the same building, we have a Coffee Shop, Laundry Shop (in case you need washing and dry cleaning of your clothes), Barbershop (if you need a haircut), a Pet Mart (in case you bring your fur babies and you need pet supplies), and a Hardware Store i)n case you need to buy any hardware supplies).
