Welcome to our university are apartment! We lived here for over a year and decided that we needed more space so we relocated to the downstairs unit. We essentially left the space as is so everyone can share the love of our space as well. Included are 65",50"and 43" Roku smart TVs already logged into apps for your convenience. Two couches that recline and a new dining room table, coffee tables and entertainment center. We truly want this to feel like your home away from home! There are 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, and 2 full beds. If you are looking to work remotely, we have a designated office space and a strong Wifi connection. If you are looking for a long term stay, our kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and silverware. We also have extra sheets, towels, and linens. Also brand new top load washer and dryer located in the basement. Our home is right across from Barry Park; perfect for a walk or watching the sunset. Space Breakdown: -Master: queen bed, sofa bed, tv, large closet -Bedroom 2: two full size beds. closet, desk -Bathroom: full bath -Kitchen: Fully stocked! Keurig, air fryer, toaster, and microwave. Pots and pans. Drinking glasses, sharp knives, plates and bowls. -Entertainment: 65" Smart TV in living room, 43" Smart tv in master, and 24" smart tv in bedroom 2. Use any app of your choice already logged in. (Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Prime, Spectrum cable, ESPN) The entire upstairs apartment.
