This is a beautiful studio apartment tucked away in a gated neighborhood 30 mins from Downtown Chattanooga as well as several walking and bike trails. Located 5 miles from Cambridge Square where several restaurants and retail stores resides and 15 mins from SAU. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea bar as well as snacks. We are near Amazon fulfillment Center and VW making it a great place for out of town workers. Great for small families, girls trips or solo adventurers. The studio is over a 3.5 car garage and detached from our home (it appears to be connected but only the lower garage is connected to our home) with a private entrance. We do not have access to this space from our home. There are two queen size beds in the studio. One of them is tucked away in a cozy nook. You will love the winding creek and trail that lines the property. Feel free to walk the neighborhood or to explore the trail that lines the creek behind the house. (You have to take a small trek though the woods to get to it). Bring a hammock and a book spend the afternoon by the winding creek. I am available anytime by text or phone call. Also feel free to knock on our door if you need assistance with anything. The neighborhood has a pool but unfortunately you won’t be able to use it because the neighborhood has strict policies. Feel free to walk the neighborhood and the trail behind the house. Parking is located near the bottom of the stairs to your apartment. We have 3 inside dogs (in our home) that we take out on occasion to walk etc. they may get overly excited to see you. They are very friendly but can bark pretty loud when they see people. Petting them helps to stop the barking! They will be inside our home most of the time and you would most likely not see them.
