A complex of guest houses Sunny houses are two newly constructed, beautifully furnished houses with a shared backyard that includes a seasonal swimming pool, an year-round hot tub, a sauna, and a barbecue area. By building the houses, we put a lot of love, diligence, thought, and willingness to provide our guests with a cozy stay, thinking about thesmallest details that ensure the comfort and comfort of our guests. Have fun with the whole family or in the company of friends! The space The house has up to 20 people (a base bed for 14 people + extra beds – chair/couch for 6 people). On the first floor of the house is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and children's play area with an open layout. The kitchen is fully functioning, featuring everything you'll need for your comfort and convenience – embedded cooking and microwave, a ceramic four-star countertop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a iceer, an electric kettle, an electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker, which works with coffee and grain or machine, dishes, and servingware. There is a dedicated dining room with dining tables and comfortable chairs where guests can share their food and enjoy their company while they eat, and the living room has a comfortable corner couch, a wide smart TV with interactive TV, an interior fireplace that complemented the cozy setting. We've also thought of our smallest guests who we've built a children's play area where they can enjoy, create, and play in. There is also a shared bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are three double rooms, one of which has a capacity of 2+1 (a bedroom and a pull-out armchair) and one apartment. The apartment has a capacity of 2+1+1 (bedroom, sofa bed, sofa bed). It consists of a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a kitchen sink. On the third floor there are two apartments – one with a capacity of 2+1+2 (bedroom, sofa bed and sofa bed) and one with a capacity of 2+2 (bedroom and bunk bed). The first apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a relaxing chair, and the bathroom has a bathtub. The second apartment consists of a bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed and a living room, the bathroom also has a bathtub. All rooms and apartments have balconies, private bathrooms with toilets, which have toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), hairdryer. In all rooms and apartments there is a TV set with interactive television, electric kettle, coffee cups and water cups and a compliment to the guests tea and instant coffee. The heating of the house is through fan coil units in each room/apartment, and in the area with the kitchen and living room, dining room and children's corner, in addition to the coil units there is underfloor heating. In the corridors of the second and third floors, as well as in all bathrooms and toilets, there is also underfloor heating. There is also access to high-speed internet throughout the house. Guest access Guests renting the house use it independently. Guests share with other guests: - common yard; - seasonal heated pool (not used during the winter season); - Jacuzzi; - sauna; - barbecue area.
