Villa Serene (IG @villa_serene_jm) is nestled in Richmond Estates (the Crest) with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The open-concept floor plan and high ceilings throughout the home give a light, airy, relaxed feeling. This villa is perfect for a vacation retreat with your family or friends. There's private community pool and beach access that is available for use by all guests. We are central to major airports and Tourist attractions within Ocho Rios and surrounding communities. The space Guests will find themselves feeling right at home! All the comforts of home life inside this modest and modern three-bedroom-two-bathroom space. High ceilings give all the rooms a natural brightness. The mid-century aesthetic is tempered by thoughtful furniture arrangement, creating a light, luxurious, comfy home-like feel. Note: We are ideally set up to host families, not party groups. Only 6 people are permitted per nightly stay. Important Notice: All Bedrooms have AC units. There is also an AC unit in the main living - dining room area. Guest access Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen and full washer/dryer unit tucked away in another area adjacent to the kitchen. Visitors in town for business will be pleased to find a workstation on hand for use. Guests who enjoy quiet evenings will find board games and other entertainment available. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the pool and gym. The community’s private beach is only a 10-minute drive, just use your GPS to search Richmond Beach Club. Other things to note To access the community security protocols are in place to ensure the safety and preservation of our community's residents and guest(s). If checking in with security each time you enter will be an issue, we might not be the best fit for you. If you do not have arranged transportation this may not be the place for you (we're happy to help arrange transportation). While, we are central you will need to drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We ask guests to treat our home and community with the UTMOST respect. Equally as important we ask that you have fun while you retreat with us.
